Refund Policy Clause

On Membership Form

Membership is non-refundable. Even if the club gets shut down for any reason, you are liable to workout in any other Sanctum House of Wellness branched Gym within 10 km of radius

On Freelance Form

Freelance membership is non refundable under any circumstances

On Personal Training session Sheet

Any Personal Training Session not completed within the validity period for any reason (including medical) will be denied null and void and SANCTUM House of Wellness is not obliged or liable to conduct the sessions or provide any refund for the same. Personal training fees are not refundable under any circumstances

In case of Resignation or Termination of the trainer, or for any other reason where trainer is unable to provide the sessions, Management will provide another trainer of the same caliber
