Membership Policy

As a condition of membership, members are legally obligated to comply with the rules set forth below. Sanctum House of Wellness, as a private company, reserves the right to deny membership to any individual at its sole discretion and without the need to provide cause.

Your membership will not be valid until your photograph is recorded in our system to prevent fraud and misuse of membership benefits; furthermore, if you allow anyone else to use your membership number, your membership will be cancelled without a refund of any membership fees.
A member must be at least 16 years of age to access the facilities and services offered at Sanctum House of Wellness
Membership may be renewed upon payment of the prevailing fee and in compliance with the terms and conditions in effect at the time of renewal.
Members are required to use facial recognition or fingerprint scanning for access to the club on each visit.
Entry will be permitted solely to individuals with a valid membership. Access to the club will be denied to any member with an outstanding balance on their account.
Payments made for a specific product, package, or service cannot be applied or transferred to another product, package, or service.
A club membership will be activated automatically on the date of purchase. However, if the member specifies at the time of purchase, they may select a start date within 90 days from the purchase date. Once chosen, the start date cannot be altered.
A member may access all Sanctum clubs by selecting a Multi-Gym Access Membership. Payment-related details are available upon request from the club front desk staff.
Under a passport facility, A member can visit any other Sanctum club in Mumbai up to 3 times per month in total, with a total of 20 visits allowed in a year.
Membership fees are non-refundable. In the event that the club ceases operations for any reason, members are entitled to use any other Sanctum’s location within a 10-kilometre radius.
Management shall not be held liable for any theft or damage to members' personal belongings. Members are responsible for safeguarding their own possessions.
As a member, you agree to adhere to the club’s rules concerning the use of facilities, operating hours, and personal conduct. Management reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to these rules as deemed necessary.
Management reserves the right to suspend access to all or part of the club for maintenance or any other work deemed necessary.
Membership may be transferred only once to an individual who is not a current or former member of the club. Membership transfer is a paid service.
Freezing of membership is permitted exclusively for yearly club memberships. The maximum allowable freeze period is 30 days, which may be divided into two separate 15-day periods. Please note that freezing is a paid service and cannot be applied to any portion of the membership period that has already elapsed.
Freezing is permitted solely for 3-month and 6-month Personal Training Packages. This service is subject to a fee. A 15-day freeze is available for 3-month packages, while a 30-day freeze is available for 6-month packages.
The membership expires on the date specified in the provided invoice. Access may be denied to members with any outstanding dues that have not been settled.
Members are required to be appropriately attired in workout clothing (e.g., t-shirts, gym shorts or tracks, and gym shoes) while using exercise areas. Members must also bring a clean pair of sports shoes for use within the club premises. Outside shoes are strictly prohibited, and members may be denied access to the club floor for failure to comply with this requirement.
Members may, at their own discretion, buy or sell health supplements from other members or trainers. Members acknowledge and agree that any health-related issues resulting from the use of such supplements are their sole responsibility.
Any modifications to the program, including medical extensions, will be processed only upon the submission of valid medical documentation in advance. Medical extensions may be granted for a maximum of 30 days for future dates, subject to prior approval by management.
You may, at your own discretion and expense, obtain personal insurance for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur as a result of using the club. Members acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any injury or illness resulting from their exercise activities on the club premises.
Harassment of any kind, including the use of obscene or abusive language directed at any other member or staff member on the club premises, is strictly prohibited. The management reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including the termination of membership without refund, in response to such behaviour.
In the event of a breach of membership rules and regulations, the club reserves the right to refuse admission and may require any member or guest to vacate the premises. Any member found in violation of the rules or engaging in illegal activities, including theft, will have their membership terminated immediately, without a refund.
Sanctum Club reserves the right of admission and may terminate membership at the discretion of management as deemed necessary.
For the safety and well-being of all members, Sanctum House of Wellness prohibits any member from providing workout guidance or training to other members. Only certified and authorized trainers employed or approved by Sanctum House of Wellness are permitted to assist members with their fitness routines. This policy is in place to ensure that all members receive safe and professional fitness advice, tailored to their individual needs, and to prevent potential health risks arising from unqualified instruction. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate membership termination without a refund.
By joining, the member affirms that they are in good physical health and agrees not to hold the Sanctum Club or its management liable for any incidents or injuries that may occur while on the premises. Additionally, by joining, the member automatically accepts and agrees to be bound by these membership conditions and acknowledges that no verbal commitments made by any Sanctum staff are valid unless documented in writing.
